If you were receiving GetFoodNYC emergency meals up until the program ended, and you are aged 60 or older, you may have been transitioned to a temporary 60+ Recovery Meals Service.

There is no sign up or opt-in process for Recovery Meals Service.

As part of the 60+ Recovery Meals Service, you will be receiving 7 meals per week through June 30, 2022. You can request to discontinue these meals at any time.

The 60+ Recovery Meals Service is only for older adults who were clients of GetFoodNYC and continue to need meal delivery assistance after the program ended.

Through November 28, 2021, you may continue to receive GetFoodNYC deliveries alongside your Recovery Meal deliveries. After November 28, you will only receive Recovery Meal deliveries if you were transitioned for this service.
