Businesses that wish to serve non-tobacco hookah products must obtain a permit from the New York City Department of Health.
The deadline to apply for a non-Tobacco hookah establishment permit has passed. All applicants will be contacted by the Department of Health to find out if they are eligible to be issued a permit.
The annual fee for the permit is $25.
