The Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) released a Notice of Housing Code Enforcement Issues on January 29, 2018 with information about recent laws, rules, and programs that may affect residential property owners. 
The notice is available online or by mail and contains recent updates about:

  • Addressing problems with mold
  • Signs related to Carbon Monoxide Detectors and Smoke Detectors
  • Posting a property’s address 
  • Tenant harassment
