Street Vendor Complaint

A Green Cart is a mobile food cart that only offers fresh produce in designated parts of New York City. You must have a valid mobile vending license and a special permit to operate a Green Cart.

You can only sell whole, raw fruits and vegetables from your Green Cart.

You cannot sell:

Cut, sliced or peeled fruits and vegetables (for food safety reasons)
Frozen or processed food

A Green Cart permit allows you to work in one New York City borough only. You may work in the following police precincts within that borough:

Bronx: 40,41,42,43,44,46,47,48,49,52
Brooklyn: 67,70,71,73,75,77,79,81,83
Manhattan: 23,25,26,28,30,32,33,34
Queens: 100,101,103,113
Staten Island: 120
