You can give someone permission to apply for a Department of Consumer and Worker Protection (DCWP) license for you. This is called Granting Authority to Act.
If you would like to withdraw someone’s Authority to Act, you must contact DCWP. You must do this before DCWP issues the license. For non-DCWP licenses, you must notify the relevant City agency instead.
