Working people with disabilities, age 16 to 64, may be eligible for Medicaid health care coverage.

You may be eligible even if your income is over the Medicaid limit.

The Health Insurance Information Counseling and Assistance Program (HIICAP) offers free counseling about health benefits to disabled individuals who have Medicare. 

You must make an appointment for in-person assistance.
