You can report a vehicle, either with or without a license plate, stored on residential property or in a vacant lot.
It is a violation of zoning rules to store vehicles on the front, back, side, or rear yard of a residential property or vacant lot.
If the vehicle has plates, include the license plate number in the Description field.
Storage of Vehicles
There is no minimum number or maximum number of vehicles that must be parked on a property or lot in order to make a complaint.
There is also no minimum amount of time that a vehicle must be stored before a complaint can be filed.
