The Wellness, Comprehensive Assessment, Rehabilitation and Employment (WeCARE) program serves public assistance clients who have medical or psychological barriers to self-sufficiency. Contracted service providers evaluate clients and provide ongoing services, if needed.

Voluntary telephone clinical assessments are available to clients who are referred to the WeCARE program. Negative action will not be taken on your case if you do not take part in the clinical assessment.

Services are also offered in person at vendor sites.

In Person

If you need help with your case or feel you may have a medical or psychological barrier to self-sufficiency, visit a Benefits Access Center (formerly known as Job Center) that serves your home zip code.

Your Benefits Access Center can refer you to WeCARE if needed.
