Coronavirus (COVID-19) Alert

The Human Resources Administration (HRA) is trying to eliminate, whenever possible, the need for clients to come in person to HRA offices.

Voluntary telephonic clinical assessments are available to clients who are referred to the Wellness, Comprehensive Assessment, Rehabilitation and Employment (WeCARE) program.  Negative action will not be taken on your case if you choose to not participate in the clinical assessment.

All scheduled in-person appointments have been cancelled until further notice.

The WeCARE program serves public assistance clients who have medical or psychological barriers to self-sufficiency. Contracted service providers evaluate clients and provide ongoing services, if needed.

In Person

If you need help with your case, or feel you may have a medical or psychological barrier to self-sufficiency, go to the Benefits Access Center (formerly known as Job Center) that serves your home zip code.

Your Benefits Access Center can refer you to WeCARE if needed.
