You should file a complaint through your Medicaid provider.

Most children and adults under age 65 have Medicaid through the New York State of Health (NYSOH).

If you get Medicaid through NYSOH, please contact NYSOH regarding your complaint.

Most adults age 65 or older, and those who qualify for Medicaid based on a disability or those who are receiving services (such as personal care services), have Medicaid through the Human Resources Administration (HRA).

If you get Medicaid through HRA, please contact HRA regarding your complaint.
